REMINDER - Free meals for ANYONE age 18 years or younger!
📆 TOMORROW Monday, June 8th, 2026 at these locations. You will receive 7 breakfast meals and 7 lunch meals per child.

📍Bell Middle/High School Bus Loop
🕐11:00 am - 2:00 p.m.

📍Trenton Elementary School Bus Loop
🕐11:00 am - 2:00 p.m.

This opportunity is available every Monday this summer!
📆Mondays in June: 8, 15, 22, 29 (7 breakfast meals and 7 lunch meals)
📆 Mondays in July: 6, 13, 20, 27 (7 breakfast meals and 7 lunch meals)
-Meals are available for any person aged 18 or younger. 1 meal kit per student
-Students do NOT have to be present to pick up meals, however in accordance with USDA regulations, if students are not present, we will ask for:
*Student Name(s)
*Parent or Guardian name(s)
*Number of meals requested

Each year, through our partnership with the Florida Prepaid College Foundation, the Superintendent has the privilege of selecting one graduating senior to receive this special scholarship award.

Last year, the award was presented to a student from Trenton High School, and this year we are proud to recognize Bell High School senior Zekeil Lewis as the recipient of the Superintendent’s Award for the Florida Prepaid Scholarship.

Congratulations, Zekiell! Your hard work, dedication, and commitment to your future make Gilchrist County proud. 🎓💜 #

Our Carpentry students at Trenton High School did an outstanding job building these beautiful literacy houses/book boxes for our community! 📚🔨

Many can now be found throughout Gilchrist County, including one in front of the district office where community members can take a book or leave a book.

A special thank you to instructor Chris Owens for providing our students with meaningful hands-on learning opportunities and helping make projects like this possible!

Students at Bell Elementary enjoyed a special themed day inspired by the book, A Land Remembered written by Patrick Smith. Community members joined in to help bring “Old Florida” history to life, creating a fun and meaningful learning experience for students. What a great day of hands-on learning and community involvement!
