CAMDEN COUNTY
Camden County Women's Center (CCWC) Safe House is the state funded lead agency providing a 24-hour hotline and emergency safe house for adults and children escaping domestic violence. CCWC Community

Support Center for survivors of domestic violence offers legal advocacy and court accompaniment, facilitates 24-hour crisis support through response teams, provides counseling and case management, and conducts community education outreach. PALS (Peace, A Learned Solution) is a creative arts therapeutic program for children ages 3-12 who witnessed domestic violence. Scattered Sites provides permanent housing in the city of Camden for households with a family member diagnosed with HIV/AIDS. MERCER COUNTY
Clinton House is a residential work-release program for up to forty male inmates within 24 months of release operated under the jurisdiction of the NJ Dept. Mercer County Resource Center provides job readiness training and linkages to resources for formerly incarcerated people and others experiencing poverty. Egality Community Resource Center provides job readiness training and linkages to resources for individuals on parole to reduce risk of recidivism. Egality Staffing Solutions is a social enterprise Temporary Employment Agency focused on training and placing former offenders in jobs in the warehouse industry. OCEAN COUNTY
Batterers Intervention Program reduces the perpetration of domestic violence by a coordinated community response and intervention sessions focused on holding abusers accountable. MONMOUTH COUNTY
Winifred Canright House provides transitional housing for homeless men living with compromised immune systems. CAP (Correctional AIDS Project) provides HIV/AIDS education and discharge planning in state prisons and halfway houses for males. Batterers Intervention Program reduces the perpetration of domestic violence by a coordinated community response and intervention sessions focused on holding abusers accountable. MIDDLESEX COUNTY
Sanford Bates House, known as PATH (Parolees Alternative to Transitional Housing), is a transitional housing program for homeless male parolees. Middlesex County Resource Center provides services to ex-offenders such as mailing address, phone service, employment and housing information. Additionally provides discharge planning at the Middlesex County Jail and navigation services upon release. Hemm House is a residential work-release program for up to sixty male inmates within 24 months of release operated under the jurisdiction of the NJ Dept. Jennie’s Place offers permanent housing for formerly incarcerated women with disabilities. PASSAIC COUNTY
Millicent Fenwick House is a licensed residential substance use treatment facility with possible work-release component for female inmates within 24 months of release. Passaic County Women’s Center (PCWC) Safe House is the state funded lead agency providing a residential safe haven for women and children escaping domestic violence and sexual assault. PCWC Community Support Center for survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault that offers legal advocacy and court accompaniment, facilitates 24-hour crisis support through response teams, provides counseling and case management, and conducts community education outreach. Passaic County Transitional Housing provides transitional housing and support services to increases the stability of survivors of domestic violence and sexual assault.
