I am thrilled to announce that current Commissioner of the Department of Community Affairs, Jacquelyn Suarez, has agreed to continue to serve the people of New Jersey as the Commissioner of DCA in my administration.
Commissioner Suarez has served New Jersey in many different capacities over the years and her work with local governments, on veteran homelessness, and to support small businesses has earned her respect across the state.
The DCA will play a critical part of my agenda to reform permitting processes, build housing, and expand shared services to lower taxes.
I am excited to have Commissioner Suarez as a key partner in these efforts to help build a more affordable Garden State. Welcome to the team, Commissioner Suarez!
