Is New Jersey "stronger and fairer" with families still struggling to fill their gas tanks and put food on their tables this Thanksgiving, Governor Phil Murphy?
Assembly Republicans stood up against the Constitutional infringements of the Democrats' fast-tracked concealed carry ban bill at the state Assembly voting session Monday, Nov. 21, 2022.
Look to Germany indeed. These chilly, late-autumn days remind us of the broken promises of wind energy. Democrats need to stop gambling on losing, unreliable technologies and instead invest in reliable, clean, cheap and abundant power sources.
Democrats' concealed carry bill cleared the Judiciary committee with amendments on Monday. Is it better or worse? Assemblywoman Vicky Flynn shares her take:

"When my colleagues and I call for lowering taxes, Democrats and Murphy complain about how that will lower state revenue. I ask what about the savings for people? We represent people, not government." - Assemblyman John DiMaio in the The Star-Ledger
Gov. Phil Murphy is desperately trying to convince you that he is lowering your property taxes. History and data show that New Jersey’s current tax relief system has failed, and his new government program, ANCHOR, doubles down on it.
The ANCHOR program, which spends $2 billion of your money for “property tax relief,” isn’t real relief at all. The best way to provide relief is for the government to stop taxing so much in the first place.
Why is NJ so damn expensive? Despite touting a ‘stronger and fairer New Jersey,’ 80% of the taxes Gov. Phil Murphy has raised since taking office are regressive – meaning they impact poor and middle-class residents more than the wealthy. Watch & subscribe on YouTube:

😱 😱 SCARY STORIES😱 😱 Democrats must try really hard to convince themselves they are doing good, when really it’s a circus. We’d rather skip their clown show. raised 60 taxes since 2018 – 80% of which hit the poor and middle-class. Meanwhile, more people moved out of New Jersey than any other state in the country last year. 🎵 Who says you can’t leave home?🎵

Assembly Dems just postponed a final vote on restrictions for concealed carry today.
😱 😱 SCARY STORIES😱 😱 Remember when mandated masks outside and closed all the parks for our own protection? Meanwhile, violence and overdoses spiked, learning loss and mental health issues plagued children, and unemployment skyrocketed among already low-income New Jerseyans. Do you feel safer?
Hoping to carry in NJ? Tomorrow the state Assembly will vote on the Democrats latest plan to restrict concealed carry gun permits. Here Assemblyman Bergen took aim at Assemblyman Joe Danielsen, who sponsors the bill (A4769), last week during an Assembly Appropriations Committee. A must watch to the end.
The left’s efforts to deter New Jersey residents from exercising their constitutional rights are creepy, they're kooky, mysterious and spooky. We reveal the scary truth behind Democrats’ latest proposal to require home inspections and psychological evaluations before a person could legally qualify to purchase a gun in this

Democrat sponsor of New Jersey’s concealed carry reform bill, Assemblyman Joe Danielsen, attempting to defend his indefensible legislation restricting access to firearm permits and limiting places a legal gun owner can carry to, well…even he can’t tell us permissible places a person can carry!
😱 😱 SCARY STORIES😱 😱 More than 7,600 prisoners have been released as part of Governor Phil Murphy’s pandemic-era program to cut up to eight months off their sentences. Shockingly, more than 40% were previously denied parole. At least three have since been charged with murder. And, even though Murphy said violent criminals would not be eligible, a brutal child killer was freed under the program.
Assembly Democrats are pushing a fast-tracked bill to restrict your right to carry fi****ms in New Jersey. Today, Assemblyman Bergen, Assemblyman Antwan McClellan - District One and Assemblyman Kevin J. Rooney submitted this must-read minority statement in the Appropriations Committee today before the bill reaches the Assembly floor on Oct 27.
Will Democrats’ fast-tracked concealed carry bill stand up to constitutional scrutiny? Assemblywoman Vicky Flynn says, ‘no’ and NJ is going to spend a lot of taxpayer dollars defending it.
😱😱SCARY STORIES😱😱Beware the lure of government spending. Governor Phil Murphy ballooned spending 46% in just five years to $50.6 billion. That’s scary. Big government policies raise the taxes you pay, take from the paychecks you earn, and increase the prices you’re charged for everything from gas and groceries to utilities and child care.
Republican: Where can I carry a handgun under this legislation?
Democrat: I used to fly an airplane.

😱😱SCARY STORIES😱😱Battery range dropped like a rock but there were no other chargers around. It’s not just where you charge, it’s what happens while you do. That’s not stopping Governor Phil Murphy from speeding ahead to demand 85% of vehicles sold or leased in New Jersey to be electric by 2040.
"This is just one more assault on legal, law-abiding citizens," said Assemblyman John DiMaio on the gun control package unveiled by Democrats in Trenton.
Democratic state lawmakers introduced what they hope will stand as the most restrictive gun carry laws in the country.
“This is another instance where law-abiding citizens are the target of Democrats. Criminals aren’t following the laws now and they won’t follow these either.” – Assembly Republican Leader John DiMaio.
Assembly Republican Leader John DiMaio discussed the Democrats’ continued attack on gun rights with CBS New York’s Nick Caloway at the Statehouse Thursday, Oct. 13, 2022.
Democrats unveiled plans earlier in the day to further burden law-abiding gun owners from exercising their Constitutional rights to self defense under the Second Amendment. The move comes in response to the Supreme Court’s Bruen ruling, which struck down New York’s conceal carry laws.

There are two things Democrats believe are in endless supply: electricity, and money. Case in point, Gov. Phil Murphy’s latest magical thinking to save the planet by replacing gas heating systems with electric boilers. The mandate, which is set to be approved Dec. 6 and take effect Jan. 1, 2025, impacts about 8,500 public and private buildings, including apartment complexes, K-12 public schools, grocery stores, and other facilities.

Supported by New Jersey First Lady Tammy Murphy and signed into law in June 2020, New Jersey is the first state in the nation to mandate that all public schools teach climate change in all grades. Those lessons start this school year. Assemblyman Gerry Scharfenberger, a professional archeologist and adjunct professor at Monmouth University, discusses with his classes that climate change has been occurring for millions of years, for natural and manmade reasons. While he supports a rigorous study on all topics controversial or not, he expressed concern over how this new curriculum will play out in the classroom.
New Jersey is only four months into the official ban of single-use plastic bags, and the negative consequences are already so apparent that even Democrats who authored the law have had to admit it isn’t working.

Governor Phil Murphy and his administration are trying to convince us that New Jersey’s latest credit rating upgrade is a reflection of their fiscal prudence. Don’t be fooled, his administration is still spending over $250 million more than revenue despite unprecedented tax receipts and the possibility of a recession. Spending under his leadership has increased 46%.

New Jersey is the first state in the nation to mandate climate change education into K-12 curriculum. Democrats spent only $2 million for two years of learning loss, but $5 million to teach kids about climate change.
We officially welcomed Assemblyman Alex Sauickie to the NJ Assembly GOP this afternoon. Parents and teachers have told us their concerns about the new sex-ed curriculum. If the New Jersey Education Association commercials were honest this would be the ad they released last week.
Assemblyman Christopher DePhillips Assemblyman Christopher DePhillips joined Laura Jones on MeTV’s New Jersey Politics Saturday to push his effort to lower the state's highest-in-the-nation 11.5% corporate business tax rate before companies, jobs and families move to the Keystone State. Pennsylvania lawmakers recently voted to lower the state’s 9.99% corporate tax rate, the second highest in the nation, by 1% on Jan. 1. The tax will gradually reduce to 4.99% by 2031.
The United States has been and still is the land of opportunity for everyone, regardless of race, sex, or background, Assemblyman Gerry Scharfenberger (R-Monmouth) says. But students would never know that based on classroom lessons today. Far from being the land of the free, the country is painted by educators as a racist, sexist, backward nation with only two classes: oppressors and victims. In this Reaction Couch episode, Scharfenberger dismantles the lies of critical race theory -- euphemistically repackaged as “diversity, equity, and inclusion” studies – and calls on parents and other concerned citizens to demand schools stop this divisive indoctrination and get back to basics: namely, academics. #CRT #criticalracetheory #diversityequityinclusion
The red and gold logo of the New Jersey Assembly GOP is turning pink to mark Breast Cancer Awareness Month. Throughout the month of October, the @njassemblygop logo will feature a pink background with a white Statehouse dome to highlight the importance of breast cancer awareness. Pink is recognized as the universal color to raise awareness for breast cancer detection, treatment and research while honoring those who have been affected by the disease. It is used by corporations, nonprofits and other organizations to encourage women to be proactive about their breast health and serves as the color of hope for women and families battling the disease. Breast cancer is the second leading cause of deaths due to cancer among women in New Jersey, claiming more than 1,200 lives annually. An estimated one in eight American women will develop breast cancer over the course of their lifetime. It is the second most common cancer in women after skin cancer. In addition to the logo change, the NJ Assembly GOP also released a video dedicated to all the women who have shown us what it means to be a fighter.
Assemblyman Gerry Scharfenberger (R-Monmouth) said individuals and parents, not government bureaucrats, should make the decision whether to get vaccinated or mask up. Masks and vaccines must be voluntary, not mandatory. He and several other Republican Assembly members are supporting bills that codify the right, as well as ban vaccine mandates and passports in the state. #maskmandates #vaccinemandate #VaccinePassports
In recognition of the 20th anniversary of 9/11, we are honored to feature this video narrated by Susan Rescorla, widow of Sept. 11 victim Rick Rescorla, who died while leading thousands to safety. She reads "At Ground Zero," a poem by Roy Ray. For more about her husband, a true American hero, please read below. Rick Rescorla, a former Army colonel, was a legend in Vietnam who acted heroically as a civilian in the south tower of the World Trade Center on Sept. 11. On the day of the attack, he worked as head of security for Morgan Stanley. With bullhorn in hand, he ordered the Morgan Stanley employees to evacuate the building. His selfless actions saved approximately 2,700 lives. A photo of Rescorla as a grizzled lieutenant in Vietnam, moving forward with bayonet fixed during the horrific 1965 battle of Ia Drang in Vietnam, became one of the iconic images of the war. There is a life-sized monument to Rescorla, modeled after the photo, at the National Infantry Museum's Memorial Walk of Honor near Fort Benning, Georgia. He and his wife, Susan, lived in Morristown. He was 62 years old. https://www.military.com/daily-news/2019/09/13/story-rick-rescorla-vietnam-vet-and-9-11-hero.html
How to Speak Like a Politician Rule 1: Do not give a direct answer. Especially when the subject is as controversial as mandatory COVID vaccinations for students. As you can see, Governor Phil Murphy is fluent in doublespeak.
New Jersey businesses just can’t catch a break. After unnecessarily dragging out the COVID lockdowns, which crushed businesses across the state, the Murphy administration will tax these businesses an additional $250 million in order to fund unemployment. #truthbombs
