A graduate student at Kansas State University studying geography and community development reached out to learn more about maternity care access in rural Kansas, focusing on how distance, resources, and local support systems affect where and how women receive care.
His research focuses on Greeley, Scott, and Seward counties.

The survey is designed to help create a better understanding of the challenges families face in getting maternity services.

The insights collected will help researchers better understand:
- What barriers women and families face when seeking maternity care,
- How community resources could be strengthened, and
- How future policy and local health programs could better serve residents in rural Kansas communities like yours.

The survey takes only a few minutes to complete and is entirely voluntary. No personal or identifying information will be collected.
