What an amazing turnout today for the 7th Annual Shytte Creek Bridge Walk – Lucky Streak!

To the die-hard creek crossers who come back every year, and to the brave first-timers who decided to risk it with us—thank you. Seriously, words don’t do justice to your generosity, laughter, and all-around good vibes.

We had a blast not skipping across that very average bridge with every single one of you. (Rules are rules, folks!)

Best part? Every single dollar raised flows right back into the Trout Lake community—supporting local groups, projects, and keeping this crazy Yooper tradition alive.

This event keeps growing bigger and better every year—and it’s all because of YOU. The Shytte Shuttle rolled, the music rocked, the silent auction scored, and the creek was officially crossed in style.

The 7th Annual Shytte Creek Bridge Walk – Lucky Streak kicks off today in Trout Lake!

Yes, it’s still just a 40-foot bridge. No, we don’t hand out medals. But we do have live music and a free shuttle for those who think 40 feet is basically Everest.

Music lineup:

Lance Sherwood @ Noon – warming up the shytte creek vibes

Brian Harrison @ 1:30 – keeping you from napping in your lawn chair

Alex Schrovenwever – popping in all day like a musical jack-in-the-box

Unfortunate SUN from 2–6 – the rockin’ cherry on top

Silent Auction: Bid on goodies, flex your generosity, and outdo your neighbor—all proceeds support local Trout Lake non-profits. Bridge jokes, real impact.
