The leak has been repaired, and it has been confirmed that residents did not experience any service outages. A huge thank you to our Public Works team for their prompt response and for completing the repair in a timely manner.

A water main break has occurred in the area of 6th Street. Some residents may experience low water pressure or loss of water while repairs are being completed. We appreciate your patience as crews work to resolve the issue.

The City of Troy has been made aware of a fraudulent email that appeared to come from a City official regarding a Planning and Zoning matter. The email included a fake invoice and requested that the recipient submit a large payment by wire transfer.

Please be advised: The City of Troy will never request payment from customers by wire transfer.

If you receive an email, invoice, or payment request that appears suspicious or asks you to wire money, do not send payment or respond to the request. Instead, contact Troy City Hall directly using the phone number or contact information listed on the City's official website to verify the request.

Please share this information to help us protect our residents, businesses, applicants, and community members from fraud.
