🎉❄️ICE SKATING SEASON BEGINS THIS FRIDAY❄️🎉

We're training new staff, prepping the facility, and getting the ice smooth and ready for our opening day this Friday, Dec. 5. Reminder to stay off the ice until then!

We have special hours this Friday for the Holiday Tree Lighting. Skate from 5–9 pm, and enjoy the ceremony beginning at 6:30 pm. Event is free!

Skating is always free: bring your own skates, or rentals are available for $3 Res, $5 NR. Please note wait times for rentals are longer during events. Learn more about the Rink and all season information at rec.troymi.gov/therink

I was able to attend Larson's Choir Concert last night and it was excellent! Shout out to all the parents, family members, and community members who showed up and filled the cafeteria to the max.

Mark your calendars for winter concerts happening across the Troy School District!

Concerts are held at their respective schools and begin at 7 p.m. unless otherwise noted.

This is a hard time for many. If you have the means to do so, consider giving to the Troy School District Food Pantry or the United Community Family Services to help families in the area. Or consider giving to another food pantry that is closer to you.

We need to band together during these difficult times and a small donation can go a long way.

Being a School Board Member is rewarding in many ways, but March is Reading Month is easily my favorite. You can’t help but leave a classroom with a smile on your face.
