Look who came and helped sort at the pantry tonight! Bethel Baptist Church, Troy, IL Youth Group came prepared with lots of energy and sorted our entire Triad Food Drive collection in 2 hours. Thanks for helping out in our community. It's greatly appreciated!

God calls us to take care of those in need. This not only includes the poor, but also those who are suffering. Suffering has many forms and causes. On any given day we may find ourselves facing an insurmountable difficulty. This may be a health issue, job loss, car repair, or rising cost of living.
I have seen families move back home with their parents due to large medical bills from a sick child, with personal health issues that prevent them from working, with the sudden loss of transportation due to an accident, with temporary layoffs or downsizing, and many more reasons. It's in times like these that we can offer a helping hand. We can offer assistance with food and direct you to resources to help. Ministries Unlimited is able to offer free bus passes and tokens to Troy residents. If you don't have a vehicle, need assisted rides, or you're a student at SIUe or SWIC, then we can help. Just stop in and ask for a September Student or Local pass. We'll be happy to give you one!

Triad High School Knights vs Highland Bulldogs Food Drive collected 1191 pounds of food and $520 for Ministries Unlimited this past Friday. Triad did not win the trophy this year, but there's always next year! Touchdown for our Food pantry!! Thanks for all you do to support us.

Join us in Highland this Friday August 21st for the Knights vs Bulldogs game. Entry to the game is a canned food or a cash donation to the pantry of your choice, Ministries Unlimited (Triad) or HACSM Food Pantry (Highland). Support your High School football team and your local pantry. It's a touchdown for our communities no matter who wins!!

This Wednesday August 19th is our next FARMs distribution. We will post a live video around 1 p.m. with items available at the event. Distribution starts promptly at 2 pm until all items are gone or it's 4 pm, whichever comes first. See you in line!!

September passes will be available from August 20th - September 10th. Local and Student passes will be available on a first come basis.
