The Pike County Circuit Clerk’s Office is seeking a motivated and dependable individual to join our team. This position requires attention to detail, professionalism, and a commitment to serving the public.
Responsibilities include:
• Providing courteous assistance to the public in person and by phone
• Processing and receipting payments accurately
• Entering and managing information using computer systems
• Preparing and maintaining official records and documents
• Communicating effectively with coworkers, attorneys, judges, and the public
Qualified candidates will have:
• Strong computer and typing skills
• Excellent communication and customer service skills
• Ability to multi-task and work with accuracy
• A professional attitude, pride in your work, and reliability
This is a full-time position with health insurance, retirement, paid leave (annual and sick), and paid holidays.
