LOCATION: Hoosick Highway Department, 698 Wilson Hill Road, Hoosick Falls, NY 12090

The Sixth Annual Rensselaer County Family Day with the will be June 14 at the Joe! The day includes jerseys for the kids, an opportunity for autographs of 'Cats players, on-field activities including running of the bases, and other attractions.

We loved connecting with residents, sharing public health resources, and talking about ways we can all work together to build a healthier community. Your support, questions, and enthusiasm made the evening a success!
