Montgomery County Schools Early College High School opened for students in August 2017 on the campus of Montgomery Community College.
100% of our students will earn their high school diploma and an Associate's Degree or two years of transferable college credits in four or five years FOR FREE. If you are interested, see your school counselor for an application, or applications can be found online at www.montgomery.k12.nc.us.

MCEC Academic Awards "Not your Traditional Award Ceremony" - August 28, 2026

On Friday, we celebrated the academic successes of last semester. Students were recognized for their performance, growth, and high achievements. The Class of 2027 was honored and wore their crowns. All students enjoyed participating in games to win feathers for their homerooms.
