⭐ Celebrating one of Truckee's favorite traditions in three weeks!⭐

A heartfelt thank you to the Rotary Club of Truckee for sponsoring the Truckee 4th of July Parade, one of our town's most beloved events, with 14,000+ spectators last year!

For generations, the Rotary Club of Truckee has served our community and environment by identifying and addressing local needs through active participation, fellowship, fundraising, and a commitment to the Rotary motto, Service Above Self. Their dedication helps make Truckee a stronger, more connected place to live.

We're excited to once again cheer on the Truckee River Drill Team, a longstanding crowd favorite. Their spirit, precision, and tradition embody everything we love about celebrating the 4th of July in Truckee.

Thank you, Rotary Club of Truckee, for your continued leadership, generosity, and service to our community!

🐾 Fee-Waived Adoptions on June 6 at Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe 🐾

The Humane Society of Truckee-Tahoe is proud to join shelters across the state for California Adopt-a-Pet Day on Saturday, June 6.

Thanks to support from the ASPCA, adoption fees will be waived for available pets. Every adopted animal is spayed/neutered, vaccinated, and microchipped before going home.

Over the past two years, California Adopt-a-Pet Day has helped 8,588 pets find loving homes, and this year organizers hope to surpass 5,000 adoptions in a single day.

Animal shelters continue to face overcrowding, and every adoption makes a difference. Come meet your new best friend and help create space for another animal in need.

Learn more at hstt.org and find participating shelters statewide at caadoptapetday.org.
