We're currently experiencing a temporary service interruption affecting FireTEXT® dispatch alerts. Our team is actively working to restore full service as quickly as possible.

As a precaution, please continue to rely on your primary dispatch methods — radio, pager, and county/CAD — until we confirm service is fully restored.

Alongside restoring service, our team is rolling out significant security and infrastructure improvements that will make FireTEXT® more resilient and better protected going forward. We're committed to coming back stronger for the departments and communities that depend on us.
