Children’s Immunization Clinic hosted by Trumbull County Combined Health District, located at the Township Meeting Room 8800 St. Rt. 534, next door to the fire department.

- FREE walk-in clinic, first come first serve
- Current shot records are recommended
- Serving from birth through 18 years of age
- Children under 18 must be accompanied by a parent/guardian (a signed permission note is required if a child under 18 is coming with someone other than their parent/guardian)
- Children receiving vaccines should be fever free and not ill

9AM - 11AM & 1PM - 3PM on
TUESDAY, SEPT. 22ND
TUESDAY, OCT. 27TH
TUESDAY, NOV. 24TH

New hitching post in the park by the playground and the basketball court! Lately we’ve noticed lots of buggies parked at the halfway point on the Commons, with families trekking picnic bags and such all the way to the playground. Something as small as a hitching rail is a big improvement to our community, providing convenient accessibility to our Amish neighbors.

Our central parking lot is open from dusk to dawn for:
- the pavilion
- the ball diamond
- the basketball court
Our basketball parking lot is open from dawn to 3pm, as we close our township yard gates for the day. Basketball courts are STILL AVAILABLE AFTER 3PM, park in the central parking lot.

Our goal is to improve Mespo in any way we can!

Little update on what our awesome crew has been up to this month:

- cleaning & organizing the township yard (new gravel dividers, major junk removal, moving rocks and much more!)
- installation of the new America 250 flag pole signage
- new security gate installation for our township yard
- cemetery trees got a nice trim

Our goal is to better the community in any way possible. Thank you Mason, Joe, and John for your hard work and dedication to our township, and thank you trustees for your support!

TOWNSHIP SPOTLIGHT 🗣️

Meet Mason Baker, our new Township Supervisor!

Mason has been running equipment since he was 10 years old and has always enjoyed problem solving. He has lived and worked in Mespo throughout his life, which makes this township position special! Mason is experienced in maintenance, roofing, forestry, and heavy equipment. Knowing a little bit of everything is perfect for this job, as he wears many hats.
His favorite part of the job is running equipment, doing road work, and improving anything he comes across. Mason is looking forward to learning all the tricks to fixing the roads, one road at a time. He is also looking forward to serving and improving the community in any way he can. He believes Mespo’s biggest strength is its close knit community.
Outside of work, Mason enjoys spending time with his family, doing projects around the house, and playing guitar.

Mason’s job includes, but is not limited to:
- Complete Road Supervision
- Beautification of the Park
- Cemetery Sexton
- Resident Relations

If you see him in town, please give him a warm welcome!

Wowza! Yesterday our sidewalk got a fresh seal coat from Mahan Sealcoating and it looks amazing! Seal coating is a protective liquid layer that acts as a shield against sun, water, and chemical damage, preventing oxidation and slowing down pavement deterioration. Thank you to our township staff, Mason, for getting the sidewalk prepped by edging the entire sidewalk. Thank you Mahan Sealcoating for doing some more prep work and getting the job done. We can’t wait to enjoy this sidewalk for many years to come!

TOWNSHIP ROAD UPDATE 🗣️

Trumbull County bids are back as of July 10th to service Donley Road between Girdle Road and State Route 534.

Mesopotamia Township is getting bid packages together to service Donley Road between Girdle Road and Bundysburg Road. We hope to have the bid packages out by next week!
