MEMORIAL DAY 🇺🇸

Today, we honor and remember the brave men and women who made the ultimate sacrifice in service to our country. Their courage, dedication, and selflessness will never be forgotten.

As we gather with family and friends this Memorial Day, we pause to reflect on the freedoms we enjoy because of those who gave everything to protect them.

From all of us at the Nichols Fire Department, we thank our fallen heroes and the families who carry their legacy forward each day.

We will never forget. ❤️🤍💙

🚨‼️ We hope we won’t need to share this message many more times this winter, but with significant snowfall expected, we’re asking for your help. If you’re able, please clear snow from nearby hydrants and sidewalks to help keep access open for emergency response.

Thank you for your support — and please stay safe. 🪏❄️

❄️ Snow on the way. Don’t forget your hydrant! ❄️

If you have a fire hydrant near your home, please take a few minutes to clear 3 feet around it and a path from the street.

Those few minutes can make a life-saving difference during an emergency.
We truly appreciate our community’s support 💙🚒
