📣 NEW COLLECTION ALERT: Tonies are now at the library!

Tonies and Tonieboxes are now available for checkout in our Children's Department! Ask a staff member for more information and get ready for some fun with stories and songs!🎧📖

About Tonies:
"[A] clever system of audio figurines designed to encourage imagination through stories, songs, and now, interactive adventures!

Tonies are artful figurines, each representing a character or theme, that "unlock" audio content when placed on top of [the Toniebox]. Think of them as tangible keys to digital stories.

Intuitive controls mean kids can tap, tilt or squeeze to navigate their way through their favorite songs, stories, games and more. No screens or menus in sight.

Tonies offers a diverse range of content, categorized to suit various moods, ages, and learning goals. The content is delivered through four main types: Content Tonies, Creative Tonies, Clever Tonies, and Audiobooks, each offering unique ways to engage young listeners."

Next week, you're invited to join us as the Alabama Nature Center brings their Nature on Wheels program to the library! Attendees can meet some incredible animal ambassadors as we learn more about reptiles and amphibians. We'll host two identical programs--one at 10:30am and another at 12:00pm.
