NJ DIVISION OF FIRE SAFETY FALSE ALLEGATIONS
Donald Nelsen of the NJDFS made this baseless assertion about establishing water supply in his 2022 letter requested by Tuckerton Administrator Jenny Gleghorn to make Tuckerton Fire Company appear to be "unsafe".
Five years ago this week - May 13 - this fire occurred in West Tuckerton. Tuckerton Fire Co was not on the original assignment but was special called by the West Tuckerton Fire Chief. Tuckerton's quint with a crew of 3 arrived well before any other apparatus, laid in with 5" hose, got a bumper blitz line in service quickly, then a 2-1/2" handline, and set up for ladder pipe ops.
TFC never had a water supply issue in the modern era. It was always a priority.

New Jersey State Firemens Association needs new leadership.
None of our life members of the NJSFA who stay in touch with us have received any notifications or communications from the organization since we were suspended from service in June, 2022.
Nothing at all regarding the caucus meetings or the convention itself.
It's sad that the officers at the top of the association receive many thousands of dollars in salaries and just ignore our life members.
We were only suspended from service for eight days when Vice President Joseph Hankins came and seized our accounts and books.
Just prior, Maple Shade had been suspended for three months and they told is no one ever contacted them for their assets.
Seems like a double standard in play for different local associations.

Sad to see Westampton Township Deputy Chief Chad Bozowski and Parkertown Fire Company Captain Frank Runza jr making a mockery of an unfortunate disaster in Tuckerton that occurred in 1979.

Congratulations to one of our own, Don Murray.

LEGAL UPDATE AND MORE
One of our members has been supoenaed for a deposition by the attorney for Danielle Roselli of Manasquan Bank.
She is the wife of Donald Nelsen of the NJ Division of Fire Safety and goes by a different name.
They have already deposed Robert Ordway, President of the NJ State Firemens Association, Tuckerton Mayor Sue Marshall and Administrator Jenny Gleghorn.
Ordway testified that the State Firemens Association turned over money (unclaimed funds) to the Borough of Tuckerton that belongs to the Tuckerton Fire Company. Why not turn it over to us? NJSFA VP Joe Hankins and Field Examiner Jennie Hollingsworth know how to reach us.
Tuckerton Borough has not turned over said funds to us either. They know we still exist as an entity, because we pay them property taxes and utility fees for the firehouse.
Additionally, Gleghorn testified that a TFC member dropped off a Tuckerton Fire Company pager some time ago, and that has not been returned to us either.
Time is running out for the return of what belongs to us voluntarily before we take action.

It appears that Tuckerton Councilman Mike Dupuis is on the ballot for a primary run for mayor against Mayor Sue Marshall.
Dupuis is also a captain in the Parkertown Fire Company.
He discusses what is needed to put the Tuckerton Fire Company back in service. What he does not tell you is that he accepted an invitation to the firehouse to review every members training file to prove we could go back in service, but his allegiance to the Parkertown Fire Company came before his responsibility as a Tuckerton Councilman representing the people of Tuckerton.
Has anyone heard of Dupuis speaking out publicly about inactive leadership and addressing problems in a timely and responsible manner?
Has anyone ever heard of Dupuis bringing up the problems in Tuckerton that have been lingering..... at a council meeting?.........We haven't either!

THE MOREY STORY.......
You can read it here.
So if there was a thought of starting a municipal fire department in Tuckerton, why were none of the most recent active members who were properly trained not included?
These dedicated volunteers had been serving right up until the end. Why try to help people when you are going to be treated like garbage?
None have gone on to join neighboring organizations due to being demonized by those in the photo. These people are the problem in the Borough Of Tuckerton and are not to be trusted.
Administrator Jenny Gleghorn played the NJ Division of Fire Safety by requesting their help which resulted in their letter falsely insuating TFD was not safe.
Councilmen Frank D'Amore, Brian Martin, and Mike Dupuis have all lied regarding the fire company at public council meetings.
Councilmen Sam Colangelo and Ron Peterson along with Gleghorn attended a meeting that resulted in false accusations about the fire company and a members personal business being reported to the N.J. State Police. Everything was investigated and absolutely no wrongdoing was found.
Yet those who created the unneeded position of public works manager for an aquaintance of the administrator then demoted and fired him prior to eliminating the position are still here. That cost taxpayers thousands of dollars.
Those who illegally entered the firehouse and stole items not belonging to them, and cost the taxpayers more thousands of dollars to settle are still here.
Tuckerton is poorly managed as shown by the amount of turnover of public employees, the condition of the public works vehicles and the old fire truck, and bad decisions regarding public safety. It would be interesting to see what would happen if they did try to run a fire department.

The traffic camera footage obtained through an OPRA request shows the Parkertown Rescue truck vs Little Egg Harbor Police vehicle collision on March 27, 2026. The police officer could have easily been k*lled if he had been 2 or 3 seconds ahead. He would have been broadsided by the rescue truck, rather than him hitting the side of the rescue. It could have happened to anyone, imagine if that was a school bus full of children or a pedestrian in the crosswalk.
For those who claim that the "police officer was at fault", "accidents happen", or that the rescue truck had stopped or slowed down while in the oncoming lane approaching the red traffic light, this should clear up any misconceptions. The police vehicle had the green light at all times, and had the right of way.
There was never a good reason for dangerous driving such as this. What makes it worse is that the crash happened about 19 minutes into a non-emergency call (power steering fluid leak from a school bus).
The reported driver of the rescue truck, Tuckerton Councilman Mike Dupuis, was against putting the Tuckerton Fire Company back in service. He has lied at council meetings and on social media about things pertaining to the TFC. No matter how fast he drives, he will never be able to dispute our point that Parkertown's response times are much longer than what Tuckerton's residents used to enjoy.
Tuckerton Borough Administrator Jenny Gleghorn states the prosecutors office is the investigative agency.
