Today we are taking the first step of the long journey laid out before us. The red beans are cooking in the stock pot right now with the Cajun Trinity (celery green peppers and onions), some seasons and seared chicken thighs, andoille sausage, some Tony Chachere's and alil'extra cayenn for that kick, garlic time oregano and bay leaves... It's going to simmer for about 3 more hours... When it's done we're going to have about 20+ helpins of '"Rajun Cajuns Red Beans&Rice" ... We're going to serve that up with our soon-2-be WorldFamous "Bordelon Spicy BaconGreenBeans" and slice of KayKay's homemade Banana Bread.
