Look who’s on the move again! 🦎✨

​Mrs. Pacheco is thrilled to pass the legendary Gecko award to the incredible Mrs. Sebastian! 🎉

She is dedicated and invested in her students. Her classroom is warm and welcoming but also organized and structured. She makes a point to develop meaningful relationships with her students and holds both them and herself to the highest of standards. She is dedicated to her team and other teachers around campus. She exemplifies doing what is best for students even if it adds additional work to her plate. Please join me in recognizing Mrs. Sebastian for the Gecko award. We know how intense that Arizona sun can be, which is why we are so thrilled that our TVES PTG put up brand-new shade right over the kindergarten play structure! ☀️🌵 Now, our littlest learners can comfortably rule the slides, climbing equipment, and monkey bars out of the blazing heat. 🏫✨ A huge thank you to our amazing community for making this happen! 💛💙

❤️🤍💙 Honoring Those Who Serve ❤️🤍💙

Today, our Tanque Verde Elementary students and staff came together to remember and honor the heroes who serve our community and our country. Our Patriot Day Assembly was filled with gratitude, respect, and plenty of Gecko pride. 🇺🇸

A very special thank you to all of the first responders who joined us today. We are so grateful for the time you took to be with our students and for the courage, dedication, and service you show our community every day. Your presence made this day especially meaningful for our Geckos. 🦎
