💻 MUSD PARENT PARTNERSHIP REQUESTS PARENT INPUT: DIGITAL SAFETY

Technology, social media, and digital communication play a big role in students’ lives. The MUSD Parent Partnership is planning educational opportunities to help parents and families guide their students through the digital world safely and responsibly, and they’d like to hear from you.

📝 Your feedback will help inform topics for future family sessions. Take a few minutes to complete the survey!

October is AAC Awareness Month! AAC stands for Augmentative and Alternative Communication. AAC includes different ways people can share their thoughts and ideas when talking is hard, like using pictures, signs, gestures, or a communication device. People can use AAC to tell jokes, ask questions, share their opinions, talk about their feelings, say “no,” make comments, and join conversations. AAC helps people say what they want to say, when they want to say it, and who they want to say it to.

We are grateful to Quail Speech Language Pathologist, Mr. Green, for his work with AAC and ensuring access to communication for all students and for Lana who shared her humor with us during our morning announcements!! We are proud to be QRE! 🩵💙

Who’s ? We want to hear from you!

The MUSD Public Relations Office is launching Proud To Be MUSD ( ), a new social media campaign celebrating outstanding MUSD alumni and the many ways our former students are making a difference.

Are you an alum or do you know alumni who are making an impact in their career, community, military service, athletics, college or university, business, the arts or beyond?

Help us celebrate where our started and where they are today in our campaign. Participants will be asked to complete a short online survey & submit a photo. Or, share any alumni contact information with the PR department and we will work to connect with them.
