Harvard conducted a global study of 200,000 people across 22 countries and found something surprising.

The strongest predictor of wellbeing wasn't achievement, pressure, or programs. It was connection + laughter.

Moments of shared laughter showed the biggest boost in wellbeing across all factors studied. Right behind that were playfulness, friendship, humor, and unstructured time with others.
