šŸ”” Important Property Tax Reminder šŸ””

The first half of 2024 property taxes becomes delinquent on November 1st, 2024, and the second half on May 1st, 2025. However, if you pay the full year's taxes by December 31st, 2024, no interest will be added to the first half the year's taxes.

If your mortgage company pays your taxes, please contact them first with any payment questions.
