Just a reminder to our Bonillas families that there will be no school on Monday, September 7th, in observance of Labor Day.
We hope all of our Bonillas Beavers have a safe and relaxing three-day weekend!

🌟Character Counts Spotlight: Respect🌟
This month we're shining a spotlight on RESPECT! 💛
Respect means treating ourselves, others, and our school community with kindness, care, and consideration. It's listening when others are speaking, using kind words, taking care of our school, and recognizing that everyone deserves to be valued. 🤝
Throughout the month, we'll be looking for students who are putting RESPECT into action in the classroom, on the playground, in the cafeteria, and everywhere in between!👀✨Let's show what it means to be a person of character!

🌟Teacher Tuesday: Meet Ms. Hill🌟
Hello! My name is Stephanie Hill, and I teach kindergarten here at Bonillas T.E.M.S. I have been teaching for 28 wonderful years—all right here at Bonillas! I spent my first three years teaching fourth grade, and the last 25 years have been dedicated to kindergarten. I love teaching because of the dedicated families, staff, and administrators I have the privilege to work alongside. It is incredibly rewarding to watch the immense growth and development my students make every single year. My classroom is special because we focus on four core pillars: learning new things, structure, accountability, and having fun! Outside of school, I love spending time with my niece and two nephews, watching football and soccer, and traveling. A few years ago, I even checked a major item off my bucket list by visiting Egypt to see the Pyramids!

In memory of our beloved custodian, John Brown, we invite students and staff to wear green or purple as a symbol of love, respect, and support for Mr. Brown and his family.

We will also observe a moment of silence in his honor during our assembly.
