Amphitheater Public Schools has a long history of excellence, going back to 1893 when the first school opened with 11 students. Our teachers are skilled and highly qualified. Meet Ms. Saltrick, who shared why she chose to teach ASL: "I chose teaching, specifically ASL, to share my passion and excitement for learning a new language and culture with others. I remember how fascinated I was by a language that could be expressed entirely without spoken words, and I hope to inspire that same curiosity and excitement in my students."
