April is the month for the Prevention of Child Abuse, and every Monday we show up in BLUE! is our way of making a visible statement that protecting children is a priority we take seriously.

We might only have three Monday’s this month to show our support, but that doesn’t mean we can’t get the word out now!!

Happy World Kindness Day!

Today, we celebrate the simple acts of compassion that have the power to brighten someone’s day, strengthen a community, and change a life. Kindness has always been at the heart of Exchange, shown through every project, every volunteer hour, and every moment spent serving others.

As we honor this day, let’s continue to lead with empathy, uplift those around us, and choose kindness in every interaction. A small gesture can create a ripple of hope far beyond what we see.
