Our Teachers and Staff are truly valued members of our community. During Teacher Appreciation Week, we are delighted to highlight the generosity of local supporters who have provided meals and treats for our educators.

On Monday, Davis Monthan AFB (355fss) generously provided breakfast tacos from Rudy's, along with specialty coffee and drinks, delivered right to the classrooms. The Student Council and leadership team followed suit on Tuesday with taco salad from Mr. Oakley and his Food Service team. On Wednesday, Craycroft Pto hosted a tailgate-style lunch featuring burgers and more.

We invite everyone to join us in expressing gratitude to these dedicated professionals who consistently demonstrate their commitment to our students' success.

The tradition keeps going! What an amazing experience for our scholars to see seniors from Sunnyside High School SUSD, Desert View High School SUSD, and Star Academic High School during their Grad Walk! Seeing siblings and family members makes it even more unforgettable. Huge congratulations to our Hawk Alumni and the entire Class of 2026!

We’re inviting students and families to create short, reel‑style videos sharing:
✨ Why they love their teacher(s)
✨ How a teacher made learning meaningful or memorable
✨ The positive impact teachers have had on their lives

Project Details:
✅ Videos should be 15–30 seconds
✅ Speak directly to the camera or get creative
✅ No limit on submissions, send as many as you’d like!

Thank you, families, for your continued support in ensuring your children attend school daily. We have seen a nearly 4% increase in attendance in March which is greatly appreciated. Let's continue this positive trend as we prepare for testing next week.

What a remarkable opportunity for some of our 4th and 5th grade Hawks to engage with Congresswoman Adelita Grijalva.

Following her visit and reading of La Llorona, our scholars felt particularly empowered and valued.
