We are thrilled to announce that Wise has received a grant from the Mitsubishi Electric America Foundation! Through this partnership, Wise will collaborate with Project SEARCH interns and transition students as part of the National Website Portfolio Pilot Project. Students will create personalized websites to showcase their skills, experiences, and career goals, while building confidence, self-advocacy, and digital literacy skills.

Today is GiveBIG, a powerful moment across Washington to come together and invest in the communities we care about.

At Wise, we’re working to ensure people with disabilities have greater access to employment. By building strong partnerships and creating pathways to career growth, we’re helping make workplaces more inclusive and equitable for all.

• GiveBIG is happening now

If you believe in a future where everyone has the opportunity to contribute and succeed, we invite you to be part of this movement. Your support helps turn that vision into reality.

This webinar shines a light on the power of following your talents, dreams, and motivation to create your own place in the workforce. You’ll hear how real-life innovation happens at the intersection of passion and perseverance, and discover that employers with a growth mindset truly do exist. An inclusive workforce isn’t just possible; it benefits everyone.

This webinar is for job seekers, dreamers, and employers. We’d especially love to see partners from Parks and Recreation, YMCAs, community centers, and organizations hiring lifeguards or swim instructors join us.

A special shoutout to Special Olympics. Zach Worthy is one of your talented, medal-winning athletes, and we’re excited to highlight his story.
