Exciting City Council meeting last night! Our beautiful building was approved for inclusion in the local register of Historic-Cultural Landmarks!! We are beyond excited to be the first commercial building on the local register, and hope to see other building owners join in the movement.

Thank you to the City Council, City Staff, the Historic-Cultural Landmarks Committee, and for all the help getting to this point. This is an important step to help jumpstart more progress on the second floor 🎉🎉 will be BUSY 😁😁

From dreams to reality: ✨ Three years ago, this journey began with passion, dedication, and a vision. We were complaining about wanting more activity in Downtown Tulare, and we decided to DO SOMETHING about it. Today, as we look back, we're amazed at the changes we’ve made, the challenges we've conquered, and the growth we've experienced. 🚀 What started as a “crazy” idea has blossomed into something beautiful, thanks to the unwavering support of our incredible community, and everyone who has worked with us on this project.

It’s hard to take interesting photos of fire sprinklers… but that’s what’s been happening at the building… along with flooring, paint, and updated bathrooms in the last two tenant spaces! Never thought we’d be excited about something like Fire Sprinklers 🤣
