Mark your calendars! The West Coast Giant Pumpkin Regatta returns on Sunday, October 18, at the Lake of the Commons. This free, Tualatin event was named one of National Geographic's '7 Best Fall Festivals in the US'. Don't miss the fun!

Tualatin Police will be conducting a safety enforcement blitz, August 24 through September 6. The project will focus on proper seat belt and child passenger safety restraint use day and night.

Pavement work (slurry seal) will be applied in several locations downtown this week and next. This work is typically quick and completed within 24 hours!

Slurry seal helps preserve the pavement, much like a coat of paint. Similarly, slurry is wet and sticky and takes several hours to dry. It is very difficult to remove from ALL surfaces. Please follow all signage and barricades to ensure that the slurry seal treatment stays on the road, and not on your shoes, skin, belongings, vehicles, children, or pets!

SW Boones Ferry Road and the Tualatin River Bridge crossing will be closed between SW Martinazzi Avenue and Lower Boones Ferry Road beginning Monday, August 10th, through at least Thursday, August 13th, for a Portland & Western Railroad improvement project.

Please use alternate routes and allow extra travel time.

Thank you to everyone who came out to make this year’s National Night Out another wonderful success!

Despite the smoky skies, summer heat, and challenging air quality, our community showed up in force to enjoy great food, fun activities, and the chance to connect with neighbors, first responders, city staff, and community partners.

A special thank you to everyone who helped organize, volunteer, and participate. Your dedication and community spirit made the evening memorable and reminded us that Tualatin is strongest when we come together.

We’re grateful for another successful National Night Out and look forward to seeing everyone again next year! 💙
