Tullahoma Animal Shelter Come meet your new best friend! Our animal shelter is open to the public on Monday, Wednesday and Friday from 10 am until 2 pm. We also make appointments.

Please keep in mind that if you are looking to adopt you must have an approved application before you take your new addition home. If you do not have internet access we are happy to print out and help with any forms you need. We always have a great variety of dogs to choose from. Today we picked up a dog by Gardner Family Dentistry on N Jackson St who had been hit by a car, and unfortunately passed away. This is the collar he was wearing . He is a cream and white color, and larger size. No microchip or info on his collar. We will keep him till 4 pm tomorrow, and if no one claims him by then we will take proper care of him . We are so sorry for your loss.

Jesse Pinkman is at the vet being neutered today. (Yes, we have a Walter White, but today is not his day). Since Jesse has recovered very well, we want to show you his healing journey. He came to us 7/3/26 missing most of his fur. He was actively bleeding, covered in sores, fleas, and crusty- infected skin.

His recovery required several antibiotics, weekly medicated baths, high quality food, and lots of TLC.

Jesse is believed to be a 6 month old Great Dane mix. We are now accepting applications for Jesse. You can find the link to the application in the comment section below.

The first photos are of Jesse from this past weekend. Then there are some progress photos and finally Week One and Day One photos. You won’t believe this is the same dog!

Recovery like this is possible through donations made to the shelter. We are so thankful to be able to turn a dog’s life around completely and get him back to the healthy state that he belongs in. ♥️
