Tully Fire District proudly protects approximately 4500 people living in an area of 26 square miles in the Southern hills of Onondaga County. Our department is a public department whose members are on a combination of paid and volunteer status. oviding service since 1895, the Tully Hose Company along with the districts Career Association provide 24 hour service, 7 days a week. Station #1 located on Railroad Street in the Village of Tully and Station #2 located in the Hamlet of Vesper on Route 80. The Tully Fire & Ambulance District has been growing in population and building production. Faced with new challenges everyday the district is working to adapt to these needs. Protecting a diverse community of a village area, rural area, commercial district, and state highway, the district has worked to establish the proper equipment and training to better serve its community. The Tully Hose Company is comprised of volunteers. Serving the Tully area since 1895 the Tully Hose Company consists of 22 active members. The Hose Company drills every 2nd, 3rd and 4th Monday Night, on the first Monday Night of each month is the monthly business meeting. Tully is also staffed with full time staff which is made up of 1 Career Captain and 2 Firefighter/EMT's and 5 Firefighter/Paramedics. We also have part time Paramedics and EMT's on staff. All our career firefighters are currently trained to the New York State 229 Professional Firefighters Standard. Our full time firefighter/paramedics work 2-24 hour day rotating schedule providing 24 hour Advanced Life Support protection.
