Union Public Schools is a suburban school district – the eighth largest in Oklahoma – serving over 15,000 students, grades pre-K through 12, in southeast Tulsa and part of Broken Arrow. Union High School went outside to celebrate its first pep rally of the year as students rally support for their athletic and spirit teams and the Rengade Regiment.

In fact, Union needs you in the stands tonight as Union Football faces the Jenks Trojans in the annual Backyard Bowl at Union Tuttle Stadium. Kick-off is at 7 p.m.

The pep rally featured performances from Cheer, Pom, the Highsteppers, flag duty from the Air Force Junior Reserve Officer Training Corps, Union Choirs, and a big performance from the Renegade Regiment Marching Band.

There were also a few games, from flag football between students and teachers to a mattress-rolling race between the three grade levels on Union Tuttle Field.
