So, less than 2 weeks into the new year, and we've been shown an invasion and capture/kidnapping of an independent sovereign nation and its leader. At least 3 killings by federal enforcers and talk of another possible invasion of yet another independent sovereign ally. The President has all but stated he will put himself, or his people, in charge in Venezuela. With the command of the US military, and Congress a flaccid body of arguing people concerned primarily with their own political careers, I hope the path ahead is relatively clear. It appears to me that we are on course to create an autocrat, certainly in Venezuela and possibly here in the US. Like many other democracies in history, we may have elected our own demise. It is an inherent danger of the democratic system. A danger well understood and recognized by our founding fathers. Obviously, we need to deal with the immediate problem at hand which is an individual who's amassed a dangerous amount of power and influence. But he is only the surface manifestation of a system that is not only broken but also unsuited and under-designed for the task at hand. A new way of thinking needs to prevail. It's not going to happen anytime soon, and I believe things are going to get worse before they get better. But there is a possible path forward. The Blueprint has been getting 5-star reviews from nearly all who are taking the time to read it. The audiobook will be available soon for those who don't have the time to sit and read. I hope everyone will at least take a bit of time and consider there may be a better way to do things than same old path that has gotten us to where are now.

Well here we are. Over 3 weeks since the government shut down. As we approach the beginning of the month and MediCare, SNAP, SSI, and other government support programs approach their disbursement dates. People all over the country and on both sides of the aisle are getting nervous. Will this be it? Will the corruption, inefficiencies, and poor management finally catch up with this aged and decrepit system we've been using? I watched the "No Kings" protests last week, and everyone knows something is wrong and changes need to be made. But what to change it to? It's not a question many ask openly, but most who can put their emotions aside for even a minute must think about it. There has to be some out-of-the-box thinking. We need a direction. The Blueprint for a Modern Society has ideas about new ways of doing things without abandoning the basic principles our society is based upon. 100% 5 star reviews on Amazon. It's worth the read.

Hello everyone. It's been a while since my last post. The wave of life crashed down on me and rolled me along the sandy bottom for a few months. But I've popped back up and am back on my board and looking for the next wave to try and catch. As I come back up to the surface, I'm seeing more and more movement towards the historical bookmarks of the decline away from societal growth and back towards the rule of the strong over the weak.
It's good and bad. Bad in the sense that the rule of the strong over the weak creates great suffering for the majority, for the benefit of those at the top. Good that it never lasts very long since the oppression of the vast numerical superiority always results in a revolution, usually in short order, a decade or two. And as painful as that always is, it is an opportunity to effect real change in the system. Therefore, I'm sad and apprehensive about the suffering we're about to witness, but at the same time, I'm hopeful that with a new plan (The Blueprint), a new age of human society will sprout from the wreckage of the old. I pray for everyone in the trying times to come.

As anyone who has followed me for any length of time should know by now, I'm very leery of all I see... especially from my devices. I recently watched a YouTube video about the new technologically advanced, high-dollar RVs for 2026. It became apparent to me very quickly the images were AI-generated, and the vehicles being presented were complete fantasy. However, the dialog was presenting them as being real. I, of course, was not happy about this. So I decided to report the video to YouTube. I clicked on the report button and selected the misinformation button. I then added a respectful comment to please require all AI-generated material be clearly labeled as such. I love the artistic imagery and vision AI has allowed us to explore. I just don't like being lied to. So I'm proposing WE ALL begin reporting all non-labeled AI posts as either misinformation or straight-out scams. If enough of us do this, the providers may feel compelled to begin requiring labels on AI-generated content. At least the misleading AI posts will be flagged for review by the algorithm. As any of you who do any type of internet marketing know, it's all to easy to kicked off a platform. I believe this is a way We The People can directly affect the quality of the information we're getting.

Well here we go again! I should send President Trump a marketing fee. All the news today is talking about President Trump’s executive order to suspend birthright citizenship from undocumented persons and a few others visiting under visas etc. As much as it pains me to say it, I agree with the President on this, with one caveat, I believe birthright citizenship should be done away with for everyone.

Now before your head spins off or your guts drop out, let me share with you a brief overview of why I feel this way and what I would replace it with.

This solution addresses two major issues our country is facing right now; illegal immigration and citizen apathy. Let’s start with citizen apathy. I believe one (of many) reasons we have such a such a high level of citizen apathy is that many natural born citizens take citizenship for granted. It makes sense, because it is “granted.” But as with anything that is simply given away for free, it loses it’s value. If you look at the US Immigration list of responsibilities of a citizen and then judge natural born citizen’s level of citizenship I think you’ll agree it’s pretty dismal. I cover it in great detail in my book “A Blueprint for a Modern Society.”

The solution I would propose is a Citizenship Training Program that is required for anyone over the age of 18 who wishes to become a citizen, natural born or not. Anyone is eligible and no one is required. Non-citizens will be considered Nationals and are afforded all legal and social rights. These Rights apply to ALL people. I’ve also outlined this in the book. Citizens are granted a level of opportunity to be an active part in the management and running of society, but are also tasked with certain responsibilities as well. It may not be for everyone.

The Citizenship Training Program is a two-year training and service program a bit like basic training but without the military component. It involves education, and working in service of society for that period. The details of the program are outlined in the book.

This concept solves both of our problems. Since natural born citizens will have had to work to achieve citizenship they’ll take it more seriously. Anyone wishing to immigrate can enter into the program where they can be vetted in a controlled and productive atmosphere and after completion of the program they’re citizens.

This is of course the briefest of descriptions of the idea. The details and all the rationale are covered in the book “A Blueprint for a Modern Society.” For this, and other ideas about how to move society forward into the 21st century and grow out of our 18th century standards of governance click the link below to get your copy.

As I ruminate on the news blitz and popular response to yesterday’s alleged attack on Iranian nuclear facilities, and I say “alleged” only because all of the information I have about it comes from the my media devices. Which hopefully shouldn’t come as a surprise to anyone, I am deeply suspicious of. But let’s say for the sake of this comment today that there actually was an attack on Iranian facilities yesterday, because it is by no means beyond the realm of imagination. As I understand what I’m being told, President Trump along with a few compatriots ordered a military strike on a sovereign nation with nothing more than his own authority. No Senate or Congress input or approval.
In response to this attack, according to the media, Iran has pledged a response, to be carried out at their leisure.
History tells us that great military powers have often been brought down by small “rebel” or the current term “terrorist” forces. I’m reminded specifically of Great Britian, both here during the revolutionary war and in Africa with the Zulus. Rome was brought down by “the barbarians of the north”, The Ottoman Empire during the Arab Revolt, the Qing Dynasty vs. White Lotus rebellion, and the list goes on and on.
Since there is so much historical precedent I’m left wondering what the next step will be. Of course the President should increase security to “protect the people” from the fallout of his action.
What will that look like? I certainly don’t think its going to be good for the “brown” people. Wouldn’t it be interesting if in the name of “national security” our freedom of travel, or freedom of assembly, or speech, were curtailed?
Our system of government was designed to govern a country of less than 2.5 million people but has become overwhelmed trying to govern a society of nearly 350 million. It’s my opinion that a few fundamental updates need to be made. One in particular is we need to get rid of these “leaders” who are being selected by nothing more than a media circus and popularity contest, if you believe we, The People, are actually selecting them at all any more.
The new book “A Blueprint for a Modern Society offers ideas about some updates we can make to our government to bring it up to date with the 21st century without sacrificing the basic principles our founding fathers laid out for this great country of ours. Just a re-design to accommodate the vastly more complex society we live in compared to that of 1776.
Can anyone name anything, other than our constitution, from the 1700s we’re still using? Even the Bible has been re-edited and updated since then, but I won’t go there. Anyway, let’s start thinking about the future instead of longing for the past. The past is gone. The road ahead is the only path.

Hi everyone! I recently published a new book exploring novel ideas for updating the 18th-century model of democracy we all know and love to better accommodate our 21st-century society. I would love to share these thoughts and ideas with anyone trying to look forward instead of back. I'm offering a free digital copy to the group in hopes of some honest feedback and discussion on these ideas. If you're interested in receiving a free copy of the book and opening a dialog about the ideas please DM me "Book" at https://m.me.rob.pendell.5

On this June 19th, I think it's important to recognize that all major civilizations have been built on the backs of some subjugated minority or group, sometimes they actually weren't a minority. Today is a day to remember not just the emancipation of the enslaved people of this country, but we should also remember and give thanks to all the enslaved people throughout history who suffered and died in the name of human progress. The forced laborer has been largely responsible for the growth and expansion of literally every major human civilization throughout history. They are the true unsung heroes of human civilization.
