Join the Wyoming County Master Gardeners for their annual (free!) seed exchange this Saturday!

Gardeners of all experience levels are invited to gather for the 5th Annual Community Seed Exchange hosted by the Penn State Extension Master Gardeners of Wyoming County in partnership with the Dietrich Theater on Saturday, March 23. The event is free and open to the public, 10:00am to 12:00pm. A lecture presentation "Creating Pollinator-Friendly Gardens" begins at 10:30am. Would you like to become a Certified Penn State Extension Master Gardener? The Wyoming County program is still accepting applications for our Fall 2023 Master Gardener Basic Training course. Weekly classes will be held virtually via Zoom webinar, October - March. Course topics include Basic Botany, Plant Diseases, Soil Health, Weeds/Invasive Species, Pruning, Vegetable Gardens, Landscape Design, Indoor Plants, Native Plants, Tree Fruits, and more!
