A front is slowly lifting through the region this morning, with rain along it... https://radar.weather.gov/ridge/standard/KBGM_loop.gif. Between this first batch in the morning-early afternoon, and then another boundary passing through this evening (a break in between), some pretty decent odds of getting around a half inch or more for Northeast PA, and Southern Tier-Catskills NY total for the weekend. Finger Lakes to Central NY meanwhile mainly under a tenth of an inch.
