This Friday!

A unique, hands-on experience is coming to Wyoming County.

The America 250 PA Mobile Experience will be on-site at Wyoming County Healthcare Center on May 8 from 4:00 - 7:30 PM, offering an interactive way to explore Pennsylvania’s role in the nation’s founding.

Stop by, take your time, and experience this traveling exhibit right here in your community.

Greenley’s BBQ will be open during the event so you can grab a delicious dinner while you celebrate America's 250th anniversary!

We have a very special Get Out! On the Go! to announce. Our friends at Indraloka Animal Sanctuary have invited TARA and the Get Out! Tunkhannock crew for an open 2-hour activity session on May 24th 1pm-3pm. Participants will get a chance to meet and snuggle with the rescued farm animals at Indraloka-- including sheep, goats, pigs, and many more 🐖 Join the wonderful volunteers at the sanctuary for a full tour, learning the stories of each of these endearing animals. Additional informational will be available on site for those interested in volunteer opportunities or upcoming events. Additionally, Indraloka has some awesome summer day camp programs starting the first week of June-- be sure to ask about them!
