The Wyoming County Department of Public Safety Communications proudly serves Wyoming County as the first of the first responders to emergency incidents. 911 is a vital part of public safety as it is the primary method for the public to gain quick access to emergency services. The Department's mission is to provide quality emergency communications service to the public and emergency service provide

rs in Wyoming County. We are the sole public safety answering point (PSAP or 911 Center) for all public safety agencies based in Wyoming County. The Wyoming County Department of Public Safety Communications provides 911 call-taking, dispatching, and non-emergency communications services for 8 ambulance services, 12 fire companies, and 7 police departments. This non-emergency number remain available to ensure you can connect during an emergency, even if a rare or isolated issue persist.
