Jonathan Kruk REALLY knows how to tell a tale! 😳🤓 Everything from the origin of Yankee Doodle to General Herkimer, how and why they made Fort Stanwix’s first flag, and even some exciting scalping stories! 😂🥴😳 He has also written a children’s book and donated one to the library. Thanks to everyone who came and especially thanks to Jonathan for a wonderfully entertaining evening!

We had a great 80th Birthday Bash last night! Thanks to EVERYONE that came or helped with it. Great food, great turnout, no rain, new storywalk telling the library’s history, wonderful visitors, (Olivia Patterson, Senator Mark Walczyk’s representative and Assemblyman Ken Blankenbush) and lots of fun!

We illustrated the next Turin Park storywalk for the Library’s 80th Birthday Bash on Friday starting at 5:00. Join us for fun and food for all ages! Live music, proclamations, free ice cream with the Dairy Princess Program, bounce house, games, Sassy Mama’s Food Truck, and check out the history of the library!
