Friends of the Turlock Library

The Friends of the Turlock Library raise supplemental funds, advocate public support, and sponsor special library programs.

In 1992, when the County severely cut library funding, concerned citizens came together to found the Friends of the Turlock Library. The organization's purpose is to support the Turlock Public Library by raising supplemental funds; advocating for adequate public support at the City, County and State level; and by sponsoring special library programs to benefit the Turlock community. FRIENDS OF THE TURLOCK PUBLIC LIBRARY is a non-profit section 501(c)(3) organization.

Whether you're dreaming of exploring ancient ruins or planning a backpacking trek, we've got the guide to get you there. Bookstore hours are Monday to Saturday 10-4 and Wednesday 12-6 pm. The bookstore is located inside the Turlock Library.
