We’ve placed donation cans at Vito's Ristorante & Pizzeria in Turlock to help collect non-perishable food items for those in need! 💛🥫

Right now, we are in urgent need of canned goods — especially canned meats — as we work daily to help feed the hungry in our community.

If you’re stopping by Vito’s, we encourage you bring a few extra items to donate. Something small to you can make a BIG difference to someone who is struggling.

A huge thank you to Hilmar Cheese Company, Inc. for their generous cheese donation to Turlock Gospel Mission! 🧀💛

Because of your support, our program participants were not only able to help pick up and receive this donation, but also turn it into something meaningful — like these delicious enchiladas we were able to prepare and serve!! 🌮

Moments like this go beyond a meal. They create opportunities for hands-on experience, teamwork, and growth for the individuals in our program.

A huge THANK YOU to the College Corps Fellows for their incredible service at Turlock Gospel Mission during the 2025-2026 academic year!

Together, these dedicated students completed well over 3,000 hours hours of service supporting our mission and serving our community 🙌🏽

Their impact has included:
🍽 Prepping & Serving meals
📦 Preparing & Delivering food boxes
👕 Providing emergency clothing & hygiene
🤝 Assisting guests with questions, resources, and daily needs

We are deeply grateful for their compassion, hard work, and committment to making a difference in the lives of those we serve. Thank you being a part of the mission of bringing help, hope, and dignity to our community! 💙

From learning in the kitchen to building their own brands… this is what growth looks like 💛

Our program participants aren’t just gaining skills. They’re stepping into entrepreneurship, confidence, and purpose. Seeing them proudly represent Big Joe’s Fry Shop and Flava of Asia is a a reminder of how far they’ve come, and we couldn’t be more proud!

Come support one of these incredible businesses! Flava of Asia will be at Modesto Porchfest next Sunday, May 17 from 12 pm - 5 pm! Show them love and taste what they’ve been working so hard to build! 👏👏
