Today during the work day, District administration and counselors participated in Behavior Safety Assessment (BSA) provided by the Willamette Education Service District.

BSA is the system that is used to address threats against our schools, students and staff. It is a multidisciplinary team approach to ensure that all perspectives are taken in when dealing with threats. The teams include school admin, mental health, law enforcement and parents.

This is what we do at Cascade! We build on each other's in-house knowledge, and it's one of the key cornerstones as to why Cascade out performs the rest of the state in K-12 literacy scores.

Wednesday, October 21, is late start Wednesday.

During late start, school starts for students two hours later than normal. Buses will pick up students two hours later than normal, and dismissal time remains the same.
This gives important time for staff members to work together and receive training to be at our best for our students.
