302ENG & CHF responded to Roland Rd in the Gilmore Acres part of town early this morning.

Police arrived on scene and found a fire on the exterior of the home near a subdivision window.

Crews quickly extinguished the exterior fire & checked the interior of the home.

Shoutout to LT Anderson for dropping off donuts on his way to work!

302RE was requested for Foam / CAFS into the Crestas Neighborhood of North Versailles late Tuesday night.

A crew of 6 total assisted with overhaul, hitting hotspots & cleanup.

Crews returned to Wilkins shortly before 0200 Wednesday morning.

A crew with 302RE assisted Turtle Creek & neighboring departments, at a senior care facility, while they performed a fire alarm & evacuation drill.

This was a very informative exercise & better prepare responders in the event of an emergency situation at the facility.

Crews attended this mornings service at Church Hill Cemetery along with #3, Wilkins PD & WHEMS.

Last week, Wilkins DPW cut the Linhart Family Cemetery, above Harrison Road. A few members then placed flags on the graves. Many of the graves in the back of the cemetery predate the War of 1812, including several Revolutionary War Markers…🇺🇸
