We are so excited to announce the addition of Hailee Presser to our team!

Hi, I'm Hailee! I'm so excited to start as the new Outreach Coordinator at the South McLean Soil Conservation District's Turtle Lake office. Raised on our family farm just outside of Turtle Lake, I've grown up learning the value of conservation, and have a deep love for the rural life and the quietness of the nature out here. I'm an illustrator and designer, and studied Graphic Design & Communications at Bismarck State College and was the first to graduate from their Digital Broadcasting program. A wearer of many creative hats—mostly the cowboy kind—I am trained in graphic and web design, audio and radio, photography and videography, editing, social media marketing, and branding. I have itchy hands that always have to be making something, and in my free time you'll find me either drawing, writing, or burning a new hat. I'm looking forward to interacting with my community again and can't wait to see all the new things I'll get to do in this role!

Happy ! 🌎💙

Today, and every day, we celebrate our planet's natural resources. Across the county, conservation districts, producers, forest stewards, and other conservationists work to preserve our natural resources and take care of the planet we call home.

This Earth Day, we encourage you to connect with your conservation community! Whether it's reaching out to your local conservation district to make a soil health plan for your land, competing in or volunteering at an Envirothon competition, teaching about soil health for , or more, there’s an opportunity for everyone!
