Vote to Tuesday, March 7 on myBama from 7 a.m. - 7 p.m. My name is Gene Fulmer. Over the past three years, I have developed a deep passion for our campus and its students. From Al's Pals to the housing community to Commerce and Business Administration Senate, I love to serve the students of this school and community. I love this university. And now, I want to represent you as your SGA

President. I'm truly running on the support of ALL students. Not this group or that. We are 37,665 voices strong, and every voice deserves to be heard. The University of Alabama means something uniquely remarkable to us all. It's what makes our campus so special. It's where we learn. Where we grow. Where we win. Who, then, is responsible for taking up the mantle of every voice, every background and every vision? I believe that is not simply one person. It's not just one voice. It's ALL of us. Everyone has a responsibility to share their voice and share their vision. A vote for me is not a vote for someone you will never hear from again. This election is about each of us. I believe in the power of students serving students and, with that, the hope of seeing real change on this campus. On March 7, I ask for your vote - one that says, "I go with Gene," and in turn, I choose to go with you.

Hello everyone. While the outcome of the election remains fresh, I just wanted to thank each and every one of you who played a role in this campaign. Whether it be passing out flyers or just texting friends, you got behind the simple message that every voice matters. I am proud of this campaign and would not go back and trade any moment for the world. These fast few weeks have been a whirlwind of excitement and something I will always cherish. To my long-time friends, you showed up and showed out. To the people I met recently, these past few weeks have grown us closer than I ever thought was possible. I don't want this to be the end of our message or of our relationship. I meant what I said when I said "I'll go with you". Not just in SGA, but in life. Although today was not our day, we would like to extend the biggest thank you to the student body for an incredible week and an incredible voter turn-out. It was your hearts, your stories and your passion for our university that encouraged us onward every day. We will continue to advocate for all students and their voices being heard. We will continue to advocate for those in our community battling mental illness and pledge to surround them with encouragement and hope. We will continue to advocate for the awareness and elimination of sexual assault. We will continue to value every student, every background and every story. It will always be our duty to serve our campus well and we look forward to starting afresh in the morning. We encourage each of you to join us in being a student who serves all students.
