Today we travelled over the mountain to participate in the Schuylkill County Volunteer Fireman’s Convention Parade. 27-17 received 1st Place for Engine 2000gpm and above and 27-47 received 2nd Place Brush Truck.

Thank you to all the members for giving up your time to make this happen.

Congrats to Ryan Twp Fire Rescue for running a very successful convention.

The Tuscarora Fire Company regrets to announce the passing of Lifetime Member Ed Slane. You were a huge asset to the Schuylkill County firefighters as an incredible instructor. Many live burns you tried to burn us out of the building. “I’ll make firefighters or bingo players out of you all. “

On Wednesday evening, we responded to a working house fire in Brockton. Appreciate all mutual aid companies that assisted. Various community groups have set up clothing and donation drives to support the fire victims.

Today we had some awesome folks from Access Services - Tamaqua visit the station. Members discussed fire prevention, gave tours of apparatus and had a pizza party for all. Thanks for coming, we truly enjoyed our day with you all.
