At an Orange County Board of Supervisors meeting, Katrina Foley told the world that “I’m for sure winning the primary.” Behind the scenes, she told donors and supporters that she’d win easily in the June primary, get over 50%, and avoid the November election.

She was wrong.

And, every day since the election, she’s been well under 50% and behind Assembly Member Diane Dixon.

We’re already gearing up for November to take on the incumbent who promised one thing and failed to deliver. Here we go!

Orange County Democratic candidate (and third-place finisher) for Congressional District 40, Esther Kim Varet, posted a video accusing a fellow Orange County Democratic candidate of targeting her Jewish family due to alleged anti-Semitism.

This accusation is already reverberating across OC politics.

As of last night, over 50% of registered Republicans in Orange County have voted. Democrats are sitting at 45%. Total turnout in OC is around 42.5%.

In 2022, 266k Republicans voted. In 2026, 326k Republicans have voted (which should increase as ballots continue to trickle in).

We win when we outvote our competition.
