Topics include electrical and electronic principles, direct and alternating currents, passive and active components, solid state devices, analysis of properly operating circuits, generic use of test equipment, techniques and qual

ity control of soldering, and concepts of basic digital circuits. Personal and equipment safety, including electrostatic discharge safeguards are stressed throughout the entire course.
