South Central Community Action Partnership is SO thankful to Idaho Housing and Finance's Coordinated Entry Access Point Grant Funding that assisted us in purchasing a vehicle for our Outreach Coordinator to do Coordinated outreach in our outlying Rural Counties throughout Magic Valley. Congratulations on your new role—we’re confident you’ll bring fresh perspective and excellence. She is not new to Community Action as she spent several seasons as a temporary employee in our energy assistance program. We are glad to have her on our team Full -Time!

When great minds come together magic happens. South Central Community Action Partnership understands that building Partnerships is the key to building stronger communities.

We have been busy over the last couple of months having meetings with the Salvation Army as we get ready to launch our Christmas in July Bell ringing campaign in Jerome and Mini-Casia counties, Self Help Housing Industry Leaders at the RCAC convening, collaborating with Neighbor works Pocatello as they begin their own Mutual Self-Help Housing Program, and meeting with the Fairfield community Food Bank and Senior Center to continue building stronger partnerships and resources in their communities.

SCCAP is here to Build Bridges in order to make the communities in Magic Valley stronger and to advocate for solutions for affordable housing and hunger in Idaho.
