Twin Lakes Area Food Pantry, Inc Serving all of Western Kenosha County, The Twin Lakes Area Food Pantry was incorporated in 1997. A local bakery provides the pantry with baked items each week.

Our doors are open on Tuesdays and Wednesdays, from 10am – noon; and in the evening on the 2nd Tuesday of each month from 7-8pm. We are housed in the lower level of the St Teresa Center, of St John's church. We are fortunate enough to be supported by various area churches, and other service oriented organizations such as the Lions, Kiwanis’s, the Rotaries, and local scout troops; as well as the lo

cal chamber of commerce from whom we get donations of time, money and food. We have NO paid employees; our volunteers not only give their time, but also donate the use of their own vehicles, at no cost, to pick up grocery orders, bread, and supplies; then do intake, stock, re-pack, and deliver food stuffs to clients’ cars. With the help of those same volunteers, in the last year we have been able to help over 1235 households that included more than 2140 adults and 1400 children by handing out 105,000+ lbs of food we purchased, as well as 37,500+ lbs of goverment commodity foods. We are strictly a grass roots food pantry; providing non-perishable supplemental food to members of our community who are in need. Since we are a completely volunteer organization, we are able to spend the bulk of our monies for groceries, which we capitalize on by buying from a bulk discount grocery store. As always, donations of non-perishable food items, laundry detergent, personal care items, diapers, and of course, cash, are always welcomed.

🍊🧀🍗 Check out the food distribution event being held at the County building on Hwy 45/50. 🍊🧀🍗

Open to the public! The Kenosha County Food Bank, Inc. works in partnership with the United States Department of Agriculture (USDA), Gordon Food Service and other local organizations to host three upcoming trailer-to-trunk food distribution events.

This free food distribution of top-tier products (dairy, produce, pork and chicken) is open to the public and serves to reduce waste and help farmers while allowing households to eat well. The three food distribution events will be conducted in a “trailer-to-trunk” fashion where participants drive their vehicles through a designated lane and have boxes placed in their trunks/back seats.

Free food will be distributed on a first-come, first-served basis with no proof of income required.

Recognizing everyone's constantly changing circumstances, the government has issued new income guidelines for food pantry requirements. If you qualify, PLEASE come see us on Tues and Wed between 10am til noon, and the second Tues of the month from 7-8pm.

The Twin Lakes Area Food Pantry will be open it's usual operating hours. Tues/Wed from 10am-noon. (Our policy of closing when schools are closed is based on weather.) We have taken the suggested precautionary measures to ensure the health safety of our clients. As usual, we will deliver and pack foodstuffs into clients' vehicles but ask that clients wait in their vehicles rather than in the waiting area. Please share this info with anyone who might not have internet access. Thank you!
